Anelise – Mum to Georgia, 7m
“We reached out to Luisa for support when our baby was waking frequently in the night, sometimes for 2-3 hour stints. Within a week we had a ‘new’ baby and we now wake feeling ready for the day ahead! Thank you Luisa!”

FAQs
I don’t think my baby will respond well to any form of sleep training – should I still book a discovery call?
You wouldn’t believe how often I hear this – and you’re not alone. The discovery call is a chance to ask questions, talk things through, and see whether I can genuinely help you. If, by the end of the call, I don’t feel there’s meaningful support I can offer, I’ll be honest and tell you, so you don’t waste your time or money.
I don’t want my baby to cry –
is this the right thing to do?
I don’t want babies to cry either! All routines and self-settling methods I use are completely free from “cry it out.” If at any point your baby is upset, or something doesn’t feel right to you, we stop, reassess, and change the plan straight away.
During the two weeks of support,
can I contact you anytime?
Yes – you can message or email at any time. Messages may be read straight away, but replies will come between 8am–5pm (UK time), seven days a week. I’ll always respond as quickly as I can, while balancing things with my own young family too.
Do I have to commit?
Not at all.
The 15-minute discovery call exists so you can see if you like me, feel comfortable, and decide whether working together feels right. You’ll receive a short form before the call so we can make the most of our time together. There’s no obligation to book a package or any further support. You’ll then receive one follow-up email with details and options – and that’s it.
What if we complete the sleep analysis, log and two weeks of support and nothing changes?
It’s understandable to worry about this – although it’s very unlikely. If you’re following the agreed plan and there’s genuinely no improvement, we’ll review things together and adjust the approach. Support may also be extended at no extra cost if needed. You won’t be left stuck or unsupported.
Can I start with the free Early Rise Guide before booking support?
Absolutely. The guide is there to help straight away, and some families find that’s enough. If you need more support, we can talk it through on a discovery call.
ABOUT KIP.
KIP is a baby sleep consultancy offering practical sleep support for parents navigating real life. We exist because baby sleep advice has forgotten what real life looks like.
This is baby sleep support that feels human. Because real life deserves real solutions.
MEET LUISA.
Hi, I’m Luisa – wife, mum of two and someone who knows first-hand how exhausting baby sleep can be.
Alongside KIP, I work frontline for the ambulance service, and have done for the past nine years. I’ve also nannied for multiple families, gaining hands-on experience with babies, teenagers, and everything in between.
Before starting KIP, I worked frontline for the ambulance service for eight years (and still do – just from an office for now while I grow another human). I’ve also nannied for multiple families, gaining hands-on experience with babies, teenagers, and everything in between.
After a long IVF journey, we welcomed our daughter in 2023 – and suddenly found ourselves completely out of our depth. We’d wanted a child so badly, and yet found ourselves questioning everything while surviving on empty. Once we finally found our rhythm (and sleep), I knew I wanted to help other families do the same.
I trained with The Sleep Consultant Academy and became certified in 2025. Today, I support parents with honest, no-fluff sleep guidance that’s tailored to real life – not generic advice from the internet.
There’s no reason to be so sleep-deprived you can’t function. The early days are tough, but they don’t last forever – and even then, there’s so much we can do to bring more calm, predictability, and rest into your life.
My approach is straight-talking, supportive, and judgement-free. No pressure. No “one-size-fits-all”. Just realistic, practical help – because your baby isn’t broken, and you’re not failing.
